How To Turn
Your Visitors Into Loyal Customers.

Do you have notice in your daily life that you ought to buy
things from a particular store? Is it some force that repels you
to buy from another store?
Well no forces other than scientific forces are acting on this
earth. What's acting there is your trust to a particular store,
your taste of choice, relationships with store owner, etc. Your
phase of changing from a general customer to a regular customer
did not occur at one
purchase. You have given many trials to select it as your
personal store.
Well all this general phenomena can be change into an online
phenomenon. Think for a while and you will get to know what I
want to focus on. If you want your online presence you should
possess customers who are ready to buy your products. You can't
proceed all this in a single step. You have to go along with two
phases:-
A.
Turning your visitors into your customers.
B. Turning your customers into your loyal customers.
A. Turning your visitors into customers
First we will talk about how to go at bottom and then we proceed
to catch hold of the summit. In the starting I have talked with
you about an attractive force. Well now I will reveal you this
force. To turn your visitors into your customers you have to
keep these points in your brain:-
1. Appearance: Make it a point that your site theme,
appearance must go hand in hand. Your visitors should not leave
your site because of horrible pop-ups that seems to be
disturbing. Give them a time to relax for a while. Provide them
with easy navigation and make them know where they are.
2. Valuable Product: Inaugurate your product in an
innovative way with a purpose in your mind that you have to sell
it out to your visitors. Try to make your product a valuable
product for them that they are striving for. Offer your products
with some great bonuses that go with your product.
3. Follow-up: It might be the case that they don’t want
to buy your product at the same instance. They might want to buy
it after a while. So add them to your opt-in list and follow up
them with some bonuses and your product's reports. It will
surely give them a reason to buy it.
B. Turning your customers into loyal customers
This phase can give you a lifetime customers for which you are
aspiring. But this must be keep in mind that this phase can
fulfill it's purpose if first ends in a great manner.
First let me clear out what is meant by loyal customers. They
are the customers who have bought your product earlier and now
you want to buy again and again from you till their lifespan. I
have given you an example of a store from where you buy
repeatedly. So it means that you are loyal customers of that
particular store. Now let me clear out how you can perform it in
your e-life.
1. Relationships: Make healthy relationships with your
customers. You can get this by helping them when they need you.
Answer their questions in as generous way as you can and help
them at the utmost level you can. Remember "A friend in need is
a friend in deed"
2. Discussion Board: Set up a discussion board or forums
on your site where they can interact with other people and can
solve out their problems. This will give them a reason to visit
your site again and this is what you want. Is there is the case
that you go to chocolate shop and come without buying any? Well
I can't.
3. Urgency: Make it a note in your site that you keep
announcing new products and bonuses after a week. So just pay a
visit to your site otherwise they will miss it out.
4. Comments: Always ask for their comments about your
site, your product and what they are aspiring to change in your
site. Offer them a lucrative bonus to just add their comments.
5. Special Preference: Make a separate section for your
members. This section must be as special as your customers are.
You may offer some bonuses to your members or you can offer
special discount to them.
Well I have given you a recipe to make a strongest force, it's
up to you how you mix the ingredients altogether to make it more
delicious for you.
